    Kevin Sedwick

    Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Manager Liquid Markets

    Kevin is responsible for the oversight of liquid market and hedge fund strategies and is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining CHC-IP, Kevin spent three years at AllianceBernstein in the private client group.   While at AllianceBernstein he worked with high net worth families in a variety of capacities including portfolio modeling and forecasting, investment planning and implementation of investment strategies.  He was admitted to and completed the national Advisor Training Program and was responsible for client portfolio reviews and updates as well as preparation of materials for certain prospect meetings.  Prior to AllianceBernstein, Kevin spent three years at Morgan Keegan & Co., starting in the fixed income research group where he was responsible for portfolio and scenario analysis for a number of institutional clients.  He later transitioned to the retail trading desk where he constructed fixed income portfolios and worked with brokers to execute the strategies.  He received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997.

  • Jed Johnson

    Jed Johnson

    Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Manager Private Markets

    Jed Johnson is responsible for oversight and execution of private equity investment strategies and is a member of the Investment Committee. He leads the firm’s private markets investment strategy and oversees a team performing private equity manager selection, direct investment evaluation, investment execution and asset management.  Jed has over 15 years of experience leading private equity investments, most recently as a partner with Parallel Investment Partners, a Dallas based private equity firm.  Over ten years at Parallel, Jed invested over $150 million in a portfolio of lower middle-market companies, working closely with entrepreneurs to help build value in their businesses.  Prior to joining Parallel, he was with Summit Partners, a leading global private equity firm, where he invested in owner-operated growth companies in the technology sector.  Jed began his career in finance with Robertson Stephens, an emerging growth investment bank.  He is a 1994 graduate of Stanford University.

  • Ashish Malhotra

    Ashish Malhotra

    Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Manager Liquid Markets

    Ashish Malhotra is responsible for risk management, analytics and liquid market and hedge fund strategies and is a member of the Investment Committee.  Prior to joining CHC-IP in 2010, he spent three years managing risk and researching new investment strategies at Koch Supply & Trading in Houston. Ashish oversaw strategies that spanned across all liquid asset classes – equities, interest rates, FX and commodities. He was also involved in designing new strategies in the equities and commodities markets, which generated alpha over comparable indices. Previously in his career, he worked in the investment team of a convertible arbitrage hedge fund. He has also been a consultant on pricing strategies with a myriad of industries in the Travel & Transport, Industrial and Financial Services sectors. He helped his clients generate revenue growth by better aligning their supply with their demand and understanding the sensitivity of their customer base to prices. Ashish earned an MBA from Cornell University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

    Adam Hodge is an Investment Associate on the public markets team. Prior to joining CHC-IP, Adam was a member of the risk and financial surveillance group at the Options Clearing Corporation. Adam earned a dual M.B.A. and M.S. in Finance degree from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.

    Ben Bates is an Investment Associate on the private equity team.  Prior to joining CHC-IP, Ben was a member of the Transfer Pricing practice group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.  Ben earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.S. degree in Management from Texas A&M University. Ben recently completed Level I of the ILPA Institute.

    Briana Little is an Investment Analyst supporting the Investment Strategy Team. Prior to joining CHC-IP in 2016, she spent six years serving a single-family asset management office in Boulder, CO as a business development manager and executive assistant. Briana earned a B.S. in Biology from the Ohio State University in 2010.
